CCM has existed since 1979. Originally called Tantalus construction, and then renamed later to contact construction, when the company was based in Alberta, The company adopted the CCM name when it moved its base of operations to British Columbia.
CCM construction has a long and rich history building everything from Canadian tire box stores, Dam water intakes, schools, ferry terminals, search and rescue buildings, houses, and everything in between.

Les Keais, alongside Bridget Cassidy, are the original founders of CCM. Although both semi-retired, Les continues to leverage his exceptional estimating skills in the evaluation of new tenders. His commitment to fostering goodwill has played a crucial role in ensuring that over 100 projects over a 50 year career have achieved successful outcomes. With his Gold Seal of Excellence in the construction industry, Les's expertise and long history of success cannot be underestimated.
Bridget Cassidy, now semi-retired, has embraced the crucial role of keeping the wheel on the bus for her team. She adeptly manages the legal aspects of operations while promoting financial advice and essential reminders to the staff. Drawing upon her extensive experience as a project manager and superintendent, Bridget has honed her skills in ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
